THE ESTABLISHMENT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE REGULAR INSPECTION AND TREATMENT DONE BY A LICENSED PEST CONTROL OPERATOR. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HERE-BY RESTRICTED TO THE SALE OF PREPACKED FOODS AND SEALED PROTECT BEVERAGES DISTRIBUTED IN PREVIOUSLY PROTECTED SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLE UNTIL WHICH TIME A PEST CONTROL OPERATOR HAS ASSESSED THE PROPERTY, ALL SURFACES HAVE BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED AND THE KANKAKEE COUNTRY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZES THAT FOOD PREPARATION HANDLING AND SERVING MAY RESUME.
WILL RETURN IN 48 HOURS TO REINSPECT THE PROPERTY TO ENSURE THAT PROPER STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
